Cancellation
Rates quoted are based on a minimum time commitment or the plan selected. Automatic payments continue monthly until cancelled. Cancellation requests MUST be sent to [email protected] titled "Cancel" upon which you will be directed to the cancellation form.
By signing and checking each box you are agreeing to the following:
- I acknowledge that future rates are subject to change and current rates are not guaranteed for returning customers after cancellation.
- I acknowledge that this form is being submitted to later than thirty (30) days before my planned final lesson date.
- I agree to pay in full for the final month my final lesson takes place in regardless of mid month cancellation.
